For more than twenty years I have worked in the management of companies in which much depended on the owner: premium furniture manufacturing and retail, homeware, a pharmaceutical plant project. Moldova and Romania; exports to six EU countries and an exclusive partner in Bulgaria.

About

My main focus is a system in which the company works without the owner’s daily presence — rhythms, reporting, accountability, finance from the top down, manufacturing on Lean principles. I built this kind of system from the inside, answerable for the result, and handed it over to the team.

I know the way out of day-to-day management from both sides: the owner I worked with stepped back from operations, and I handed over my own role according to a plan prepared in advance.

For strategy and adjustments I bring in experts from my network, wherever a specialist is needed.
