Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is P&S LEAN SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (company details on the Legal information page). For any question about your data, write to alexandr@scerbina.ro.

What data we receive. From the form: your name, phone number or email address, and your answers about the company (how many hours you want to free up, your situation, company size, industry). With the request we also keep the language and page it was sent from, and the link’s campaign tags (utm) if you arrived from an advert. From the pages of this website, and only if you have consented to analytics: aggregated data about visits.

Why we process it. To reply to your request and prepare the conversation — legal basis: the consent you give in the form, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR). Analytics and advertising measurement — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): until you choose, Google Tag Manager and Analytics scripts are not loaded.

Who receives the data. Vercel Inc. — website hosting. Google (Workspace, Sheets, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) — email and the spreadsheet of requests, and analytics and advertising if you have given consent. Transfers to the United States are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it. Form requests — 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Analytics data — according to the Google Analytics settings, for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights. As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to alexandr@scerbina.ro — we will reply within one month.

Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
