Method

A business that runs as one system

Nine areas we build together. Each works in its own right and is linked to the rest, so the company no longer needs its owner to hold everything in their head.

  • Goals and priorities

What the company does this year, and what it says no to.

  • Structure and authority

Who is responsible for what, and what gets decided without you.

  • Finance from the top down

A P&L for each company, pricing, weekly cash flow.

  • Management rhythms

A daily summary, weekly meetings, a monthly report to the owner.

  • Commercial system

Sales channels, pricing, the funnel, partners.

  • Operational quality

Flow, standards, quality control — on Lean principles.

  • People

Roles, motivation, preparing the director and the key team.

  • Owner oversight without interference

You see everything and step in only when you decide to.

  • Data and software

ERP, CRM and reporting built on the software the company already has.

How we build

Four chapters

  1. one meeting

    Conversation

You tell me about the company and how much time you want to give it. I tell you plainly whether working together is right.

  2. 2 weeks

    Map

Two weeks inside the company with your team: how decisions are really made, where the figures are, what rests on you alone.

  3. 6–18 months

    Building

I work as an operating partner 1–2 days a week. We build the rhythms, the reporting and the accountability, and prepare the director who will lead the company.

  4. then — at your pace

    System

My team keeps the system running. Experts join for strategy and adjustments. The decisions remain yours.

The first step is a conversation about your company. You talk, I listen, and I tell you plainly whether working together is right.
