Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is P&S LEAN SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (Romania); company details are above and on the Legal information page. For any question about your data, write to info@scerbina.ro.

What data we receive

From the form on this site: your name, phone or email, and your answers about the company — how many hours a day you want back, your situation, company size, industry. With the request we keep the language, the page it was sent from, and the campaign labels of the link (utm) if you arrived through an ad.

From emails and messages: whatever you write to info@scerbina.ro or on WhatsApp.

Technical data: our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and request data to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. Visit statistics only if you allow analytics.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare the conversation — your consent in the form, steps prior to a contract, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).

To run and secure the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and advertising measurement — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4 of Romanian Law No. 506/2004). Until you choose, Google Tag Manager and Analytics scripts are not loaded.

Do you have to give us data

No. You give it voluntarily, but without a name and a contact we cannot answer your request.

Who receives the data

Vercel Inc. — website hosting. Google (Workspace, Sheets) — email and the table of requests. Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads — only with your consent.

Transfers to the US rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data or pass it on for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence — 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Analytics data — no longer than 14 months. Hosting logs — a short period set by Vercel.

Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before. Write to info@scerbina.ro; we reply within one month.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Changes to this policy

When our services or the law change, we update this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
